#028 Ruskin Archive
Conceived as a surrealist expression of disjointed dreams packed with historical allusions the architect Richard MaCormac sought to create a building to both house the works and celebrate the life, of John Ruskin. This beautiful little gem of a structure was recorded at that intense moment at dusk when the sky is at its deepest blue and the building performs at its fullest dramatic physical potential, ‘smiling at the camera’ a period as short as 12mins.
